Each quarter (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer) tuition is due at the first lesson. Tuition may be paid in full or in 2 halves. The second half is due the 4th week of lessons. (Flexible payment arrangements for families with more than one student are available--please inquire.) Students beginning mid-quarter pay for only the remaining lessons of the quarter.
Books purchased by the instructor, exam/contest/recital fees are due in full when you make your tuition payment.
Tuition payments made more than 7 days from your first lesson of the quarter will be assessed a $ 20 late fee. 2nd half tuition payments are due by the 4th week of lessons. Self-addressed payment envelopes will be available for times when you forget your checkbook. There will be no exceptions without prior arrangements.
Please be aware of the lesson calendar/schedule.
1) You will receive invoices for each quarter 1-2 weeks in advance and notice of second payments due per quarter will be
a. noted on your original quarterly invoice and
b. be sent to you via email.
2) There is a schedule posted by the front door, and you should have received a copy of it at the beginning of the year, via email and in hard copy.
3) The schedule is listed on the website, and the tuition notice is posted at the front door a week in advance.
4) If you forget your check, you/your child will be given a payment due notice and a payment envelope for your tuition remittance.
